Brookline Sprouts is a community-rooted childcare and afterschool program serving local families in Brookline. We’re part of Tree of Life Open Bible Church, and our focus is simple: create a safe, supportive place where children — and staff — can thrive.

Pay Ranges

Classroom Support / Assistant: $10.00 – $18.00/hr
Lead Teacher roles: $15.00 – $22.00/hr
Kitchen / Food Service: $16.00 – $22.00/hr

Pay is based on experience, availability, and role responsibilities.

We’re a DHHS-licensed preschool & afterschool program serving Brookline families. If you care about making kids’ lives better and want a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
